Aquatic Fitness Classes

We are pleased to announce that Magnolia Physical Therapy and Aquatic Rehab Center is now open and accepting referrals for Aquatic Therapy programs.

The benefits of Aquatic Therapy can promote healing for patients by:

  • Gently increasing ROM and strength.
  • Improving impaired sensation.
  • Increasing balance and proprioception.
  • Improving cardiovascular and muscular endurance.

"Shannon is delightful and excellent. She is able to help everyone with their particular challenge and makes exercising fun!...I have systemic lupus, diabetes, compresssion fractures and severely weak muscles. Since I have been coming (started Feb 28) I have gone down on my prednisone which I have been on for 25 years, gained so much muscle strength and decreased my diabetes meds. My sister has since joined Shannon's Aquatic Classes after seeing my improvements and my grandson with muscular dystrophy just started in a class also. I rave about your facility all the time and thank God for Shannon."
